Elevate Aesthetic Media LLC (“we”, “us”) runs elevateaestheticmedia.com. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you request a free audit or book a call, we collect your name, practice name, website, email, phone number and role; your city and state; who answers new leads at your practice after hours; the procedures you want to book more of; whether you run ads today; and anything you choose to write to us. The audit form and the booking calendar are provided by GoHighLevel and load inside our pages.
  • Usage information. If you allow it, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect information about how you use this site, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, your browser and device, and an approximate location based on your IP address.

How we use it

  • To prepare your audit, schedule and hold calls, and reply to you by phone, text or email.
  • To understand which pages are useful and to measure and improve our own advertising.
  • To keep records required for running our business.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you allow them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Strictly necessary storage, such as remembering your cookie choice, is always on.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run this site and our business, including GoHighLevel (our CRM, scheduling and messaging), Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement), and our website host. They process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Text messages

If you book a call, we send a confirmation text with the details. Beyond that, we text you only if you ticked the texting box on our form or booking page. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete it.

Your choices
